Come visit the PACC

To the Editor;

The old Y has been renewed, re-named! We have recovered and are thriving as the Piscataquis Area Community Center.

Many hands and volunteer hours have restored the pool, soon to reopen. Volunteers sweep and mop the floors. One takes care of the trash, one makes holiday wall hangings. The PACC is not just for exercising, it is a place for fun and friendship, soon to come crafting workshops.

The walls are now bright colors making it more inviting. The women’s locker room is now pretty blue! Many Christmas balls were hung from the ceilings and a small tree was on display. People can sit and visit in the lobby waiting for class. We try to make it as friendly as we can. Please come and visit!
