From pumpkins to pacifiers: a Halloween gathering just for babies and families

DOVER-FOXCROFT — Fall is a season of growth and fun — for moms and their littles ones!  

Moms and their little ghouls and goblins are invited to join Public Health Nursing and Northern Light Mayo Hospital on Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 2 p.m. for Baby Boo Best, a spook-tacular event at Thompson Free Library. 

The celebration will include fun for infants and toddlers and information for moms and families about community resources and support systems available to them, including Baby & Me, a weekly gathering for new and expecting parents who have questions or advice or who are looking to meet other parents. 

Costumes for moms and their baby boos are encouraged but not required. There is no cost to attend. For more information, please call the Northern Light Mayo Hospital’s Birthing Center at 207-564-4293.
