
Victim became combative with first responders after Dexter crash

DEXTER — A victim on Monday night’s side-by-side rollover crash became combative with first responders in Dexter.
The crash happened about 8:30 p.m., according to the Dexter Fire Department.
One victim was airlifted from Lakeshore Restaurant to the hospital. Another victim allegedly became combative with first responders, who “quickly brought the situation under control.”
No first responder was seriously injured.
“Dexter Fire Department extends its appreciation to all agencies involved for their professionalism and teamwork. The incident was managed safely and effectively under challenging circumstances,” the agency said in a statement.
No additional information was immediately available.
