Dexter, FA cross country run at PVC/KVAC crossover meet

BANGOR — The Dexter Regional High School and Foxcroft Academy cross country teams took part in a Penobscot Valley/Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference crossover meet on Saturday, Sept. 20 at Saxl Park.

Dexter sophomore Ella McClintock-Hatch covered the five kilometer course in a time of 23 minutes, 2.63 seconds to finish 17th among a field of 81 entrants.

Tiger freshman Crystal Adkins placed 32nd with her time of 24:43.62. Senior Annabelle Peakes came in 37th at 25:31.55 and sophomore Lydia Standish was 79th in 45:30.30.

Foxcroft Academy freshman Elizabeth Deitz ran a time of 26:52.55 to come in 49th. Pony sophomore Zoe Eakright finished 61st in 27:50.74.

In the boys’ meet, Dexter freshman Quincy McClure came in 50th among 83 runners with his time of 21:44.13. Freshman Michael Irish was 63rd at 24:23.41 and senior Luca De Pasquale was 69th in 26:15.90.

Foxcroft Academy junior Ethen Eakright placed 46th with his time of 20:56.70. Freshman Skyler Patrick was 75th in 29:12.50.
