Center Theatre hosts SeDoMocha After School Showcase
DOVER-FOXCROFT — The Center Theatre and RSU 68 are partnering to present a showcase of student work from the SeDoMoCha 21st Century After School Program. The showcase will take place at the Center Theatre for the Performing Arts at 20 East Main St. at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 31. The showcase is free and open to all, but donations will be accepted for the 2025-26 after-school program.
According to Patrick Myers, executive director of the Center Theatre, the Theatre has been partnering with the after-school program for a year and more and recently, began an after-school drama program that meets two times a week.
“David Murray, a teacher at SeDoMoCha and part-time employee of the Theatre, has been working with the after-school kids two times a week,” Myers said. “It’s been a great partnership and something we hope to continue in the future.”
