UMaine-Farmington graduates

FARMINGTON — The University of Maine at Farmington honored members of the Class of 2025 with a festive Commencement celebration on May 10. More than 320 of the 386 graduates, including 293 bachelor’s and 93 master’s graduates, marched at the festivities at UMF’s Dearborn Gym as dedicated faculty and staff, dignitaries and loving families and friends cheered them on. Local graduates are:

Charleston: Cole Writeout, B.A., interdisciplinary studies – anthropology and creative writing;

Dexter: Jessica Ellis, M.S.Ed., special education; Cog Gaffen, B.A., psychology and interdisciplinary studies – anthropology, Cum Laude; Valerie Rudmin, B.A., professional studies; Devyn Shorey, M.S.Ed., special education;

Dover-Foxcroft: Ruby Rideout, B.S., rehabilitation and human services, magna cum laude;

Parkman: Kyle Bagley, B.A., history, summa cum laude;

Ripley: Abigail Wakefield, B.S., school health education;

Rockwood: Michelle Dauphinee, B.A., professional studies, summa cum laude; and

Sangerville: Hunter Kemp, B.A., art and design, summa cum laude.
