Sebec River Canoe and Kayak Race results
Three Rivers Kiwanis’ annual Sebec River Canoe and Kayak Race took place on Saturday, May 10 with paddlers traveling from Sebec Village to Veterans Park in Milo. The following are the race results:
Class 1: 1. Fleming 1 hour, 5 minutes; 2. Wirth 1:17; 3. Gregory 1:23.
Class 3: 1. Mabee-Robertson 1:07; 2. Risinger-Risinger 1:18; 3. McIntush-Lang 1:27.
Class 5: 1. Winslow 1:29; 2. Owen 1:42.
Class 7: 1. Martin-Wescott-Sproul-Sproul 1:19; 2. Rogan-Hummel 1:54; 3. Hardy-Swett 2:00.
Class 9: 1. LaBree-Eckert 1:31; 2. Dickson-Smith 1:34; 3. Kurbatov 1:41.
The race is sponsored by Three Rivers Kiwanis, proceeds go to area children’s and family programs.
