Contra dance Friday evening

DOVER-FOXCROFT — Please join us on Friday, March 14 for a traditional New England contra dance at the Central Hall Commons, 152 East Main Street, from 7-10 p.m. with fun and friendly folks and wonderful dances!

Music will be provided by our fabulous local contra dance band, Some Reel People. Dances will be taught by Allison Aldrich Smith, with special guest callers as well. This is a fun and family friendly event for people with all levels of experience. Refreshments will be served.  Suggested donation is $10 per person, under 18 free of charge. More exciting contra dance opportunities await at the Down East Country Dance Festival, March 28-29 in Topsham and a survivors’ dance on Sunday, March 30.
