SIGN RESTORATION — Over the years, the Brownville/Brownville Jct. Historical Museum became the final location for several business signs. Local artist Jeff Nevins noticed they were looking quite weathered and decided they needed a facelift. Moving them was going to be a big undertaking so he enlisted his friend George Hazelett to help. Nevlins donated his services and repainted each sign exactly like the originals. It took many hours and the museum staff is grateful. The majority of the signs will be on display inside the museum when it opens in 2025.
