PVC tennis honors

Tennis players from three area high schools were named to the Penobscot Valley Conference All-Conference Team for the 2024 season.

The boys Class B Player of the Year is Jerry Nguyen of Foxcroft Academy, who is also a First Team singles honoree.

The Class B girls team has Foxcroft Academy’s Annabelle Holman earning honorable mention recognition in singles.

Emma Bither and Samantha Ossenfort were chosen for the Second Team in doubles.

The Ponies’ Ryan Dankert is the girls Class B Coach of the Year.

The Class C girls First Team includes Ariana Crobsy of Piscataquis Community High School in singles.

Cally Gudroe of Dexter Regional High School was named to the Second Team for her singles play.

Second Team doubles includes Annablle Peakes and Brianna Packard of Dexter and PCHS’ Lily Carr and Gabriella Koscielny.
