Pine Tree Hospice programs support individuals with life-limiting conditions and their families throughout Piscataquis County and parts of Penobscot and Somerset counties. This support often looks like a trained volunteer delivering groceries to an isolated client who is no longer driving or respite for a caregiver of someone with dementia.

Co-hosted this year by Maine Highlands Federal Credit Union, this charity event is Pine Tree Hospice’s most significant fundraiser. For 38 years, our services have been 100 percent free to families because of events like this one. All our monies come from grants, donations, and fundraisers.

MacKenzie S. Harmon, marketing & events director at Maine Highlands Federal Credit Union says, “As a credit union with deep roots in the Piscataquis, Penobscot, and Somerset County region, Maine Highlands FCU is proud to support a number of worthy causes and organizations throughout the region, including Pine Tree Hospice and the vital services that they provide to those in need. We are honored to co-host the 16th annual Golf Open alongside them.”

Stop by Foxcroft Golf Course, call Pine Tree Hospice at 207-802-8078, or email info@pinetreehospice.org to register your team today.
