PINWHEELS FOR PREVENTION — The GFWC Miosac Club planted pinwheels on April 18 at the Dover-Foxcroft United Methodist Church. Nine members and two guests attended and helped Suzanne Raymond, program chairperson, decorate and put the pinwheels into the ground. The club does this every year in April to spread awareness of Prevent Child Abuse Month. This is the only club in Maine that does this and members are proud to help. Those who attended are Vicki Moschella, Suzanne Raymond, Laurie Ducat, Brenda Quiet, Minnie McCormick, Vickie Parsons, Diane Leighton, and Ramona Parsell. Not pictured, Wendy Hutchins who brought her two granddaughters to help.
