Lifelong learning at Central Hall Commons

DOVER-FOXCROFT — Central Hall Commons is excited to share all of the wonderful events and activities that are happening this summer. Beginners Quilting Class. Have you ever wanted to learn the basics of quilting? Start on an exciting, creative journey at Central Hall Commons this summer during our Beginners Quilting Class. You will learn all about making a quilt from the selection of fabric and thread to how to finish with a binding. This 5-week course will be hosted one day a week. The classes will be from 9:30-11:30 a.m. for five weeks beginning May 11. Class fee $30 includes five classes.

Crafting at the Commons: Wednesdays, May 24 to June 28. This class is limited to six people in each group. The classes will be held Wednesday afternoons from 1-3 p.m. This class runs for six weeks, six projects. Materials included in class fee: $35 for the entire six week session.

Second Saturday Table-Runners Club: beginning in June. Join us on the second Saturday of the month for an easy but useful project that can be finished in a few hours. Designed for beginner to intermediate level. First class free! Additional classes will be offered at $10 per person to help cover the cost of materials and pattern copies.
