Support from local businesses such as Rowell’s Garage, Will’s Shop ‘n Save, Herring Brothers Meats and Charlie’s Restaurant has enabled the team to compete in several other Maine Hoops and Zero Gravity tournaments around the state.
“Without the generous support from our local community businesses, this team may not have happened,” coach Holmes said. “These boys live and breathe basketball and keeping them playing is imperative to their mental and physical well-being. I am honored to coach them and could not be prouder of how hard they all work together as a team.”
