Mott joins UMaine Extension 4-H as community education assistant
DOVER-FOXCROFT — University of Maine Cooperative Extension has named Emily Mott as the new 4-H community education assistant for Piscataquis and Penobscot counties, effective as of Dec. 2.
Mott has previous experience as a head teacher for an afterschool program in the Bangor area and five years’ experience as a camp counselor. She also has volunteered with two programs aimed at improving physical activity levels for children with physical and mental disabilities. In her spare time, Mott likes to play board games, the violin and handbells.
