Mark Gilbert Hanson

Mark Gilbert Hanson, 62, Atkinson, ME and Kokomo, IN passed away on February 7, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Kokomo, IN, with his loving family at his side.
Mark was born in Hartford, CT on August 27, 1956 to Gilbert and Joyce (Kelley) Hanson.
He worked as a Millwright, Painter and Tree Climber.
The family moved to Indiana in 1996. His hobbies were hunting, fishing and camping and spending time with his granddaughters.
Mark attended Central High School in Corinth, ME. He also attended Abundant Life Church in Kokomo, IN.
Mark is survived by his mother Joyce Hanson of Dover-Foxcroft, wife Julie of Kokomo, IN; his children Chris, Corey and Katie Hanson, all of Kokomo, IN. A brother Steven H. and his wife Diane of Newport, ME; several nieces and nephews and a long time friend John Grell of Kokomo, IN.
He was predeceased by his father Gilbert D. Hanson, a sister Cathy and a brother Tim.
There will be a Committal Service in Atkinson at a later date.
