Maine Conservation Voters endorse Rep. Higgins

Maine Conservation Voters has made the environment a priority for the past 30 years. It promotes forward-looking environmental policies and supports candidates and elected officials, and publishes an environmental scorecard and endorses strong environmental candidates.

A strong record of voting for the environment has earned Rep. Norm Higgins, I-Dover-Foxcroft the support of Maine Conservation Voters. Beth Ahearn of the organization stated, “He has been a champion of conservation since he has served in the Legislature. It has been an honor to work with him on issues like protecting our water, air and public lands and making renewable energy available and affordable to all.”

Rep. Higgins has served on the Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry Committee.
