Sportsman’s Alliance of Maine endorses Rep. Higgins

DOVER-FOXCROFT — The Sportsman’s Alliance of Maine (SAM) has awarded an A rating to Rep. Norm Higgins, I-Dover-Foxcroft. In 2016 he was awarded an A rating.

SAM is the largest sportsman organization in Maine and serves as an advocacy voice for preserving our outdoor way of life. The organization is a leader in promoting hunting, fishing, and access to private land. SAM serves as a voice supporting Second Amendment rights of gun owners and opposes out-of-state special interest groups using the referendum process to change Maine’s outdoor heritage.

Rep. Higgins, with the endorsement of SAM, has demonstrated a high level of commitment in the interests of sportsmen.
