The Dover-Foxcroft Kiwanis made a special presentation to its Foxcroft Academy Key Club to assist with attendance at the Key Club District Convention in Springfield, Mass. in April.

D-F KIWANIS HELPS FA KEY CLUB ATTEND DISTRICT CONVENTION — The Dover-Foxcroft Kiwanis made a special presentation to its Foxcroft Academy Key Club to assist with attendance at the Key Club District Convention in Springfield, Mass. in April. The Key Club is very active in the community and worldwide, and approximately 20 members of the club will be attending this convention. At the convention, district officers will be elected for the next fiscal year. One of the local members is running for the office of lieutenant governor of Division 2 for the 2018-19 fiscal year which begins in May. Over the past few years, the Dover-Foxcroft Kiwanis Key Club has had New England District officers and Kiwanis International trustees. In 2017 and 2018, the group has contributed nearly $20,000 for initiatives, including $12,000 for a worldwide project and close to $8,000 to community organizations.
