Piscataquis Criminal Docket

DOVER-FOXCROFT — The following cases were heard under the Piscataquis Criminal Docket at the Dover-Foxcroft Courthouse during the month of August.

Jacob Lyford, 26, Milo: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued (two counts).

Louis A. McLaughlin, 35, Milo: probation violation, 10 months in prison and probation revoked.

Justin L. Owens, 38, Greenville: domestic violence terrorizing, 8 months in jail all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, $1,624.75 restitution; domestic violence stalking, 30 days in jail; and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail.

Hanson Nicholas Rand, 33, Dover-Foxcroft: failure to appear after bailed, 60 days in jail; operate after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, $1,000 suspended and seven months in jail.

Joseph Sites, 42, Bangor: acquiring drugs by deception, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Gerald Badger, 19, LaGrange: probation violation, four months in jail and probation revoked.

Michael Drake, 26, Greenbush: criminal mischief, 60 days in jail; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, 30 months in prison; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.

Tacie Soden, 32, Parkman: burglary, two years in prison all but 3 days suspended, two years probation, $2,811 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three days in jail.

Christopher D. Salvucci, 32, Parkman: burglary, two years six months in prison all but 60 days suspended, three years probation, $2,811 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail.

Kaytlan M. Rampley, 19, Bangor: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Justin Larry, 20, Milo: motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit, $300 fine.

Trista Melia, 23, Dover-Foxcroft: trafficking in prison contraband, 15 months in prison all but six days suspended, two years probation and $120 restitution.

Kevin E. Wood, 28, Milo: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, 15 months in prison all but 45 days suspended, two years probation, $448.89 restitution; assault on an officer, 15 months in prison all but 45 days suspended, two years probation; assault, 15 months in prison all but 45 days suspended, two years probation.

Ashley Stewart, 32, Wellington: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Jason J. Bartlett, 20, Dover-Foxcroft: driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; possessing suspended driver license, $100 fine.

Roger D. Ewer, Sr., 65, Charleston: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Amanda Richardson, 35, Parkman: OUI (drugs or combo), $600 fine, 150-day license suspension.

Kaytlan M. Rampley, 19, Island Falls: failure to appear in court on criminal summons, $200 fine, and $200 suspended.

Melissa J. Cookson, 45, Sangerville: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Josh A. Thomas, 33, Houlton: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine; fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, $140 fine.

Michael A. Drake II, 26, Greenbush: violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.

Tiffany M. Oliver, 28, Guilford: motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit, $400 fine.
