Pine Tree Hospice Golf Open winners

DOVER-FOXCROFT — On June 10 at the Foxcroft Golf Club over 70 area golfers teed off to benefit Pine Tree Hospice. This year’s tournament was co-sponsored by Kimball Insurance of Sangerville. Pine Tree Hospice volunteers and Kimball Insurance employees prepared and served golfers snacks and lunch. By all accounts it was a beautiful day on the course.

Winning with the low gross were Kam Kimball, Ron Labonte, Travis Herrick and Nolan Lovell. Gabe Poulin, Yves Poulin, McClean Poulin and Keith Stoddard were low net winners. The team with the second gross was Jack Sincyr, Kenny Grant, Dave Clement and Dave Jarvis. Second net winners were Kevin Stitham, Jim Austin, Arnold Shorey and Chris Shorey.

Funds raised during this tournament will support Pine Tree Hospice’s volunteer services, bereavement and caregiver programs. The staff, board, and volunteers at Pine Tree Hospice wish to thank all those in the community who participated in this year’s Golf Open and the many local businesses who sponsored the event.
