PRACTICAL DEWEY — Students in Alden Gregory’s grade 5 class at Piscataquis Community Elementary School in Guilford recently learned about building and architecture using marshmallows and spaghetti. The lesson is part of the practical Dewey curriculum that teaches the Dewey Decimal System during library classes via hands-on learning — architecture is assigned No. 720 in the Dewy Decimal System.
