Lunch & Learn support group helps adults living with grief and loss

DOVER-FOXCROFT — On Tuesday, Jan. 10 and continuing on the second Tuesday each month through May, the Pine Tree Hospice Lunch & Learn program will meet from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Dover-Foxcroft Congregational Church at 824 West Main Street. Lunch & Learn is part of Pine Tree Hospice’s Evergreen bereavement support programs.
This month Dr. Lesley Fernow of Fernow Medical House Calls will speak on “Physical Manifestations of Grief.” A nutritious lunch will be served.
Lunch & Learn is a free program, open to all adults in the area who are experiencing grief due to a death of a loved one whether recently or in the past. To pre-register call 564-4346 or email wecare@pinetreehospice.org. Pine Tree Hospice is on Facebook at www.facebook/PineTreeHospice/.
