Piscataquis Criminal Docket

DOVER-FOXCROFT — The following cases were heard under the Piscataquis Criminal Docket at the Dover-Foxcroft Courthouse during the month of November.
Joshua M. Batey, 37, Guilford: domestic violence assault, four days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Benjamin D. Steeves, 30, Bangor: assault, $300 fine, nine months in prison (five counts); gross sexual assault, 10 years in prison; unlawful sexual contact, 10 years in prison; unlawful sexual contact, five years in prison and unlawful sexual touching, nine months in prison.
Timothy A. Richard, 66, Milo: failing to make oral or written accident report, $500 fine.
Ellery D. Church, 44, Bradford: criminal use of explosives, nine months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, 20 days in jail.
Vincent M. Bollea, 51, Gloucester, MA: OUI (alcohol), $600 fine, 72 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Michael Mouton, 22, Milo: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
Shawn M. Nick, 29, Milo: domestic violence criminal threatening, six months in jail; domestic violence terrorizing, six months in jail and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Ralph Greene, 43, Milo: domestic violence criminal threatening, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation and domestic violence criminal threatening, 60 days in jail.
Brandon Messina, 19, Dexter: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Edith R. Aspinall, 21, Lagrange: operating vehicle without license, $300 fine.
James F. Baker Gerrish, 19, Stacyville: motor vehicle speeding: 30+ MPH over speed limit, $300 fine.
Michael D. Otley, 57, Farmington: operating watercraft under influence over 21, $400 fine.
Daniel E. Stubbs, 50, Dover-Foxcroft: failing to stop for officer, 10 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, 10 days in jail, OUI (alcohol), 1 prior, $600 fine, 15 days in jail and three-year license suspension.
Ashley Severance, 32, Milo: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $100 fine (two counts) and violating condition of release, $100 fine.
Michael Hardy, 41, Newbern, NC: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 45 days in jail, 150-day license suspension; motor vehicle speeding: 30+ MPH over speed limit, 45 days in jail; violating condition of release, 45 days in jail and failing to stop for officer, 45 days in jail.
Jeremy J. Wheaton, 39, Guilford: domestic violence assault, priors DV, two years in prison.
Brian K. Bemis, 46, Atkinson: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Shawn M. Nick, 29, Milo: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, three years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, three years’ probation; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail (two counts); tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, 90 days in jail.
Marissa Sargent, 28, Guilford: failure to register vehicle, $200 fine.
Melissa W. Raymond, 48, Dover-Foxcroft: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Andrew O’Brien, 23, Charleston: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Anthony Huntley, 19, Abbot: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Michael A. Carter, 29, Guilford: cultivating marijuana, $750 fine and criminal trespass, $500 fine.
Jeremy J. Wheaton, 39, Guilford: operating after habitual offender revocation, 3 prior, $1,000 fine, two years in prison and violating condition of release, one year in prison (two counts).
Gage Tucker, 18, Monson: domestic violence criminal threatening, 60 days in jail, all suspended and one year probation.
Amoiorix J. Ortega, 48, Marblehead, MA: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
