DOVER-FOXCROFT — The following cases were heard under the Piscataquis Criminal Docket at the Dover-Foxcroft Courthouse during the months of March and April.

Sheila M. Curtis, 42, Brewer: negotiate a worthless instrument, $100 fine and $73.63 restitution.

Duane W. Smith, Jr., 53, Dover-Foxcroft: theft of services, $300 fine.

Carroll S. Weeks, Jr., 50, Sangerville: assault (two counts), $300 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one year administrative release (each).

Deborah Distin, 44, Searsport: failure to appear in court on criminal summons, $100 fine.

Laura Auger, 57, Abbot: criminal mischief, burglary of a motor vehicle,; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, illegal possession of firearm, and violating protection from abuse order, 15 days in jail (each); and harassment, $300 fine.

Steven A. Small, 32, Brownville Jct.: theft by deception, $500 fine.

Zachary D. Grant, 39, Abbot: manslaughter, 25 years in prison, all but 18 years suspended and four years’ probation.

Peter E. Stevens, 32, Portland: violating protection from abuse order, six months in jail.

Jeffrey Farrington, 27, Greenville Jct.: driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension; and violating condition of release (two counts), $750 fine (first) and $250 fine (second).

John Dagostino, 50, Dover-Foxcroft: operating while under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Joseph Nutter, 32, Mountain Home, ID: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.

Donald N. Smith, 25, Richmond: OUI (alcohol), prior, $900 fine, 10 days in jail and three-year license suspension.

Gregory Pullen, 27, Bradford: failing to provide correct name, address, DOB, 48 hours in jail.

Jason M. Desjardins, 41, Dover-Foxcroft: OUI (alcohol), $1,000 fine, 60 days in jail, 150-day license suspension; and aggravated driving to endanger, $1,000 fine, 60 days in jail and two-year license suspension.

David S. Russell, 69, Parkman: visual sexual aggression against a child, two years six months in prison, all but six months suspended and four years’ probation (seven counts).

John C. Jardine, 31, Greenville: assault, $500 fine, 15 days in jail; and criminal mischief, $500 fine and 15 days in jail.

Dana P. Lajoie, 60, Berwick: placing bait to entice deer, and hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $400 fine (each).
