DOVER-FOXCROFT — The following cases were heard under the Piscataquis Criminal Docket at the Piscataquis Judicial Center during the month of October.

Terry G. Anderson, 62, Oakfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, seven months in jail; failure to appear in court on criminal summons, seven days in jail.

Norma Ball, 45, Sanford: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.

Brandon J. Bartlett, 25, Monson: failing to make oral or written accident report, $200 fine; false public alarm or report, $300 fine.

Michael Bartlett, 18, Saco: operating watercraft to molest animal or bird, $250 fine.

Michael A. Bartlett, 21, Boxborough, Mass.: operating greater than headway speed, $100 fine.

Nathaniel J. Bates, Jr., 32, Abbot: failing to register vehicle within 30 days, $100 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Justin Beane, 19, Sangerville: attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Salvatore Bonamassa III, 47, Berlin, NJ: operating ATV on private road, $100 fine.

Milan O. Davis, 54, Parkman: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), dismissed (each); harvest operator failing to pay within 45 days (56 counts), $70 fine, all suspended (first through 55th), $6,548.92 restitution (42nd), and $80 fine, all suspended (56th).

Skylar Davis, 21, Sangerville: criminal threatening, 48 hours in jail.

William A. Davison, 63, Rockford, MI: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

Matthew Decker, 41, Milo: failing to stop, provide information, $200 fine; and criminal mischief, $500 fine and $1,492.46 restitution.

Maureen L. Demers, 61, Milo: criminal trespass, $100 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine; and refusing to sign criminal summons, $75.
