DOVER-FOXCROFT — The following cases were heard under the Piscataquis Criminal Docket at the Piscataquis Judicial Center during March and April.    

Shane T. Adkins, 25, Monson: placing bait to entice deer, $200 fine.

Denise Allard, 45, Guilford: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Cody W. Andrews, 25, Brownville Jct.: trespassing by motor vehicle, $150 fine.

Randy Robert Batchelder, 46, Portland: failing to provide and display registration, $100 fine.

Ryan M. Berthelette, 44, Assonet, Mass.: operating snowmobile under influence, $600 fine.

Russell Blenkhorn, 41, Bucksport: failing to provide and display registration, $100 fine.

Courtney Lynn Braley, 19, Dexter: violating condition of release, permanent transfer.

Leonard Coover, Jr., 40, Brownville: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Kyle J. Corson, 23, Brewer: criminal attempt, reckless conduct, elevated aggravated assault and aggravated assault, permanent transfer (each).

Wilbur Joe Corson, Jr., 23, Hartland: aggravated assault, six years in prison, all but nine months suspended, three years’ probation and $35,929.68 restitution; reckless conduct, elevated aggravated assault and criminal attempt, dismissed (each); terrorizing and violating condition of release and assault, 60 days in jail (each); and assault, $300 fine and 60 days in jail.

Arthur J. Cottrell, 45, Atkinson: endangering the welfare of a child, 10 days in jail; and endangering the welfare of a child, no healthcare, dismissed.

Nicholas T. Cross, 26, Milo: violating condition of release (two counts), $400 fine and 15 days in jail (first), $250 fine and 10 days in jail (second); and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.

David S. Daigle, 50, Burnham: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $100 fine.

John Hansen, 28, Guilford: aggravated assault and obstructing report of crime, dismissed (each); domestic violence assault, priors, five years in prison, all but 27 months suspended and two years’ probation; domestic violence criminal threatening, priors, 27 months in prison; tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim (12 counts), dismissed (each); violating condition of release (12 counts), 27 months in prison (third, sixth, seventh, 11th, 12th), dismissed (all others); and violating protective order (12 counts), six months in jail (third, fifth, sixth, eighth, 10th), dismissed (all others).

James R. Hill, Jr., 44, Bowdoin: supervisor, parent, or guardian of minor who violated fishing provisions, $100 fine.

Christopher L. Hongo, 25, Norridgewock: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 30 months in prison (first, second) and six months in jail (third); stealing drugs, dismissed; burglary, 30 months in prison and $5,376 restitution; and criminal mischief, six months in jail.

Gage W. Hunt, 25, Abbot: failing to appear after bailed, $100 fine; and violating protection from abuse order, $200 fine.

Jennifer M. Jay, 32, Milo: failing to appear in court on criminal summons, $250 fine; and OUI, $750 fine and 150-day license suspension.
