PD makes arrest with unlawful sexual contact charge

    BROWNVILLE — The Brownville Police Department announced that Wyatt Morton, 30, of Brownville, was arrested without incident at the department on Sunday evening. Morton is charged with Class B Unlawful Sexual Conduct, a felony charge which can carry a maximum prison sentence of 10 years.

    According to a department statement, Morton is a felon with an extensive arrest record. Bail was set at $500,000. The identity of the victim is being withheld.
