    ON THE TRAIL — On Feb. 6, third-grade students, teachers and other staff members from Piscataquis Community Elementary School went snowshoeing.

    This tied in with the Guilford school’s study of Native Americans. The school has over 60 pairs of snowshoes for the students to use. The school is also encouraging outside physical activity.
