    A. D. Smith Trucking, Guilford: violating fuel tax licensing or reporting, $250 fine.
    Paul J. Abeln, 42, Southborough, Mass.: violating fishing rule, $100 fine.

    Rona L. Ames, 46, Sebec: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Jessica Rose Arpin, 24, Chicopee, Mass.: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
    Nathaniel J. Bates, Jr., 30, Abbot: failing to give correct name, address or DOB, $250 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $700 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension.
