‘Imagine Tour’ of downtown Dover Foxcroft Dec. 7

    DOVER-FOXCROFT — Will you be in downtown Dover Foxcroft on Dec. 7 for the Hometown Holidays celebration?
    There’s even more reason this year to join your friends and neighbors on Main Street: the Imagine Tour.

    From 12-6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, the Union Square Mall and the former Mr. Paperback buildings will open their doors and visitors are invited to explore the empty and underutilized spaces on Main Street, and envision a bustling, vibrant future for downtown Dover Foxcroft.
    From 12-6 p.m. in the Union Square Mall, visit Dover Cove Farmers’ Market for local farm products, and learn about easy online ordering from Dover Cove Marketplace. Tour second story office suites from 2-4 p.m., and return at 5 p.m. to watch the light parade from above.
    Piscataquis County Economic Development Council’s informative display of the Moosehead Mill redevelopment (www.dfmill.com) will be on view in the Union Square Mall from 12-6 p.m. as well.
    The former Mr. Paperback space will be open to showcase their recent renovations.
    The Imagine Tour is about Dover-Foxcroft’s future as a thriving community.
