Maine Army National Guard promotions
AUGUSTA — Brig. Gen. James D. Campbell, the Adjutant General for Maine, announced the promotion of three Maine Army National Guard soldiers from Piscataquis County.
Promoted last month were Chief Warrant Officer Two Joel Tourtelotte of Monson and Detachment 1 Company C, 3/142ND Aviation; Sgt. William Macomber III of Dover-Foxcroft and the 133d Engineer Battalion; and Spc. Nicole Darling of Guilford and the 152d Maintenance Company.
