Jason A. Ball, 36 Dover-Foxcroft: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail, all suspended, one month probation; criminal mischief, three days in jail, all suspended; and violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.

Michael C. Bishop, 26, Milo: violating condition of release, criminal trespass, theft by unauthorized use of property, 45 days in jail (each); criminal mischief, 45 days in jail and $366 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Nicholas M. Bowman, 25, Dexter: violating rule of smelts closed waters, $120 fine.
Deanna M. Carfagno, 22, Sangerville: burglary, dismissed; criminal mischief, five months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five months in jail and $3,000 restitution; violating protective order (two counts), four months in jail (each); violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first), four months in jail (second).
Randal S. Coulton, 53, Ogunquit: unlawful use of migratory game birds, buying or selling, (two counts) $1,500 fine and $550 restitution (first), dismissed (second); and selling or possessing a wild bird for sale (two counts), dismissed (each).
Alexander Z. Creighton, 26, Milo: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and $131 restitution.
