Swedish Heritage picnic this Sunday

    ABBOT — The annual Swedish Heritage picnic will be held Sunday, July 21 at the Whetstone Pond home of Bill and Jane Macomber.
    Guests are asked to bring a picnic lunch for a noon meal and social time followed by a brief business meeting where coffee and punch will be provided.

    Estella Kronholm Bennett will present a program on the Swedish immigration to Monson and the impact of the Quarry industry.
    This event is open to anyone with an interest in Swedish heritage. For more information and/or directions call Bennett at 876-3073.
