CA Dean Digital Mammography open house May 17

    Charles A. Dean Memorial Hospital is hosting an open house on Friday, May 17 from 1 to 3 p.m. to celebrate the introduction of Digital Mammography and Bone Densitometry. The open house will held in the Mammography Suite just off the main lobby.

    The acquisition of this new technology was made possible thanks to generous donations from the community.  “We are extremely grateful to the community for their support in bringing this state-of-the-art technology to our community,” stated Glenn Beebe, imaging manager.
    All are invited to stop by and see the enhanced Mammography Suite. Technologists will be on hand to answer questions about Digital Mammography and Bone Densitometry.     A Digital Mammography and Bone Densitometry dedication and celebration is planned for Thursday, July 18 with the dedication at 4 p.m. and then a 6 p.m. donor celebration on a Katahdin sunset cruise.
