    James P. Cross, 40, Guilford: rule violation, $100 fine.
    Levi Farley, 27, Brownville Jct.: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    David Foster, 57, Guilford: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Jeffrey D. Frithsen, 25, Rockport, Mass.; possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Patrick D. Frithsen, 21, Gloucester, Mass.: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Willie Harper, 44, Dover-Foxcroft: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $165.68 restitution.
    Jeffrey Hurst, Jr., 23, West Bath: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Benjamin M. James, 20, Dover-Foxcroft: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Samuel Jordan, 31, Augusta: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail and $20 restitution.
    Leland J. McManus, 39, Milo: permitting unlawful operation of snowmobile, $100 fine.
    Seth Alross Moody, 28, Troy: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
    Zachary A. Neece, 21, Dover-Foxcroft: OUI, $500 fine.
    Dwight A. Noble, 22, Cambridge: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
    Joshua Norris, 22, Lee: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Adam P. Robinson, 48, Sangerville: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., dismissed.
    Eric Shaw, 37, Brownville: unsworn falsification, $300 fine.
    Todd L. Simpson, 48, Presque Isle: unlawfully shooting or discharging firearm or crossbow, $200 fine; and hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, $100 fine.
    Randy S. Smith, 54, Dixmont: ice fishing with more than five lines, $100 fine.
    Nancy A. Swain, 61, Brownville: negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.
    Mark B. Tanguay, 61, Brownville: resident muzzle-loading hunting without license, $100 fine.
    Arnold Townsend, 49, Hudson: rule violation (two counts), $100 fine (each).
    Richard Tripp, 45, St. Albans: failing to appear as subpoened, $100 fine and 24 hours in jail.
