    DOVER-FOXCROFT — The following cases were heard at the Piscataquis County Superior Court during the months of November and December, 2012.

    Casey D. Cross, 22, Milo: probation violation, eight months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    James Loring, 43, Dover-Foxcroft: operating under the influence, $550 fine and 90-day license suspension.

    Archie W. Maloon, 49, Dover-Foxcroft: aggravated cultivating marijuana, five or fewer, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.

    Guy L. McCullough III, 31, Charleston: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first), 60 months in prison, $1,097 restitution (second); deceptive business practices, six months in jail; and failing to appear after bailed, 60 months in prison.

    Joshua Nanney, 24, Abbot: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 90 days in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, six months in jail; and domestic violence assault, priors domestic violence, two years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.

    Steven Leo Peaslee II, 19, Whitefield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail (each); burglary, 15 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.

    William A. Pratt, 31, Milo: domestic violence assault and domestic violence assault, priors domestic violence, dismissed (each).

    Coburn Travis Roberts Sr., 30, Monson: OUI, no test, two prior, $1,400 fine, five months in jail, six year’s license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 10 days in jail.

    Cary V. Seamans, 40, Old Orchard Beach: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $200 fine.
