NORTH BERWICK — Three athletes between Dexter Regional High School and Piscataquis Community High School took part in the New England outdoor track and field championship on June 13 at Noble High School, a week after they combined for four individual titles at the Class C championship.

WINSLOW — Three athletes between Dexter Regional High School and Piscataquis Community High School combined for four first-place performances in field events at the 2026 Class C outdoor track and field championships on June 6 at Winslow High School.

OLD TOWN — The Piscataquis Community High School girls finished in fifth place at the 2026 Penobscot Valley Conference small school outdoor track and field championship on Friday, May 30 at Old Town High School.

DEXTER — Dexter Regional High School scored 16 runs, with the final nine coming in the Tigers’ last trip to the plate in the bottom of the fourth, to defeat Penquis Valley High School 16-1 in a Class C/D North interclass baseball matchup on May 1.

DEXTER — Adalea Gudroe, a student at Dexter Regional High School, has been selected to participate in the prestigious Keller BLOOM Program at Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences, a globally recognized independent research institute dedicated to advancing ocean science and education.

DEXTER – Chloe Elizabeth Murdock of Dexter, a senior at Dexter Regional High School, has been selected to receive the 2026 Principal’s Award, Principal Stephen Bell announced.

DEXTER — Dexter Regional High School Principal Stephen Bell is honored to announce the valedictorian for the Class of 2026, Chloe Murdock and Salutatorian Casey Swenson.

BREWER — The Dexter Regional High School, Foxcroft Academy and Piscataquis Community High School outdoor track & field teams opened the 2026 season with a Penobscot Valley Conference meet on April 22 at the Brewer Community School.

DEXTER — The field lighting project at Dexter Regional High School has reached $150,000, Assistant Principal/Athletic Director Adam Gudroe announced in an April 17 post on the Dexter Maine Facebook page.
