The Foxcroft Academy boys track and field team finished in third place out of 14 teams with a score of 89 points during a May 16 meet at the University of Maine in Orono.

    CHARLESTON — Corey Campbell, Kirt Stockley, Scott Dewitt and Dave Porter fired a 10-under-par 60 (-16 net score with handicaps factored in) to capture first-place net and Jim Costedio, Shane Baxter, Andy Bandola and Rick Sherburne also shot a 60 to earn first-place gross (after a tiebreaker) at the first leg of Pine Tree Hospice’s Triple Crown Golf Tournament, which was held at Whitetail Golf Course in Charleston on Sunday, May 5.
