Dexter’s McClintock-Hatch finishes third at Bucksport Invitational

BUCKSPORT — Dexter Regional High School junior Ella McClintock-Hatch came in third at the Bucksport Invitational on Sept. 12. McClintock-Hatch ran the course in a time of 21 minutes, 5.46 seconds to finish third among a field of 31 runners.

The Dexter boys scored 142 points to place fifth among six teams in Bucksport.

Senior Ian Saunders was the first Tiger to cross the finish line as he came in 26th among 50 boys with his time of 20:16.30.

The other Dexter four were all within just over a minute of each other: senior Joshua Plourde, 37th at 23:13.64; sophomore Geoffrey Rush, 38th at 23:16.75; sophomore Michael Irish, 39th at 23:45.99; and sophomore Liam Saunders, 41st at 24:16.99.
