Dover-Foxcroft police ask public for help after unresponsive person found along roadsid

DOVER-FOXCROFT —
Police are asking the public for help after an unresponsive person was found along a Dover-Foxcroft road Wednesday night.
The person was found about 8:01 p.m. on the side of North Street, according to the Dover-Foxcroft Police Department.
Evidence right now doesn’t support early reports that this was a hit-and-run crash, police have said.
On Friday, Dover-Foxcroft police asked that anyone who was on North Street between Summer and Winter streets between 7:45 and 8 p.m. or that any business with cameras that observe this area please call the police station at 207-564-8021 and speak with Sgt. Jeremy Rackliff.
The investigation is ongoing.
