Susan Collins’ leadership deserves recognition

I wanted to take a moment to recognize U.S. Sen. Susan Collins for her strong support of Maine’s small businesses and local communities.

Small businesses are the backbone of Maine’s economy. They create jobs, support families, and help keep our communities strong. Over the years, I have seen firsthand how Collins has consistently worked to support those businesses and the people behind them.

What stands out to me about Collins is her willingness to listen. She takes the time to meet with Mainers, hear their concerns, and work toward practical solutions. Whether it is supporting programs that help small businesses grow, advocating for workforce development, or helping Maine communities secure important resources, she understands how important small businesses are to our state.

In a time when politics often feels divided and disconnected, Sen. Collins continues to focus on results and on doing what is best for Maine. Her steady leadership and commitment to our communities deserve recognition.
