Klaucke mushes in Can-Am 100
FORT KENT — Julie Klaucke of Medford and her team took part in the Willard Jalbert Jr. Can-Am 100 division of the Can-Am sled dog race on Saturday, March 1 in the St. John Valley.
Klauke finished 13th among 17 entrants in the 100-mile race. She covered the first leg in 5 hours, 7 minutes, 29 seconds and the second leg in 31:57.12 for a combined time of nearly 32 hours at 31:57.42.
