Hometown Holidays at Thompson Free Library

DOVER-FOXCROFT — Catch the holiday spirit at the Thompson Free Library from 9:30-11:30 a.m on Saturday, Dec. 2.

Their Hometown Holidays lineup promises festive fun for all ages. Youth Services Librarian Michelle Fagan will create ornaments and Christmas cards. Members of the Dover-Foxcroft Historical Society will make old-fashioned Christmas popcorn and cranberry garland. Trisha Smith and the local 4-H group will make cards for homebound seniors. At 10:30 a.m. TFL’s Shannon Rhoda begins cooking pizzelles — Italian waffle cookies. This event is free and open to the public.
