Dexter Regional High School announces Class of 2023 honor parts

DEXTER — Dexter Regional High School Principal Stephen Bell is honored to announce the Valedictorian for the Class of 2023, Emma Alexander and Salutatorian Sydney Fogler.

Emma Alexander is the daughter of Sarah Alexander of Dexter and Simon and Aliza Alexander of Exeter.  Emma is planning to attend the University of Maine to study forestry. While in high school, Emma has been involved with cross country (co-captain), Student Government, and Key Club. She is also a member of the National Honor Society and a long-time participant of the 4-H program. Emma is currently serving as the National Honor Society president and Key Club secretary.

Sydney Fogler is the daughter of Aaron and Kristin Fogler of Exeter. Sydney is planning to attend Bates College in Lewiston to study biology/pre-med. While in high school, Sydney has been involved in soccer, tennis, Global Discussions, Color Games, Positive Action Team, Seeds of Peace, and the annual musical production — playing lead roles the last three years. She is also a member of the Key Club, Student Government, and National Honor Society. Sydney is currently serving as the National Honor Society treasurer.
