Foxcroft Academy to host a night of pro wrestling
Proceeds to benefit Class of 2023
DOVER-FOXCROFT — Foxcroft Academy is hosting a night of action-packed pro wrestling on Saturday, May 13 at 7 p.m., thanks to Limitless Wrestling’s Let’s Wrestle promotion. The proceeds will help the senior class fund their class trip following graduation.
The main event will feature Foxcroft Academy senior Joseph Nelson (a Limitless Wrestling trainee), who will be part of a six-man tag team match. Other matches will be announced. There will also be further Foxcroft Academy involvement, so prepare to be surprised!
“We’re always excited anytime we can partner up for a night of pro wrestling action with a good cause to raise some funds,” said Randy Carver, owner of Limitless Wrestling. “This one hits a little differently; growing up just down the road in LaGrange, I spent many of my years running the roads of Dover-Foxcroft. It means a lot to bring wrestling back to Foxcroft Academy after many years away. Some of the best athletes in the state will clash with wrestlers making the trek from Massachusetts, New York, and even Nova Scotia when we come to town on May 13th!”
Tickets are available now. $20 for VIP/front row seating and $12 for general admission ($15 the night of the show). In addition to a portion of ticket sales going to the seniors, a raffle will be available with prizes and memorabilia throughout the night, helping the Class of 2023!
“I’m excited to be able to be part of this event and have the opportunity to perform in front of my peers,” said Nelson, who performs under the name Louis Ark. “I’ve been training for a few years and have stepped it up over the last few months, preparing for this opportunity. It should be a great show, loaded with quality, local wrestling talent.”
This is all presented by Maine’s premiere pro wrestling organization, Limitless Wrestling’s Let’s Wrestle. Here are the important details:
