‘History of the Kineo St. John Tribe’
GUILFORD — The Guilford Memorial Library presents “History of the Kineo St. John Tribe” by Maine ethnohistorian David Slagger on Saturday, April 15 at 1 p.m.
Slagger is a former tribal representative to the Maine Legislature. He is a semi-retired teacher and has been teaching Maine Native American history for 25 years. He currently offers a Native American history class through the Piscataquis Valley Adult Education Cooperative in Dover-Foxcroft.
