Crocker named Campbell Conference Player of the Year

A number of members of the 2022 Class D champion Foxcroft Academy football team earned postseason recognition from the Campbell Conference (which consists of the eight Class D schools).

Pony senior Caden Crocker was named as the Campbell Conference Player of the Year. Crocker was chosen for the First Team Offense as a wide receiver and the First Team Defense at safety.

The First Team Offense featured Foxcroft junior quarterback Wyatt Rayfield and linemen senior DJ Scheel and junior Hunter McSorley.

Selected for the Second Team Offense are junior wide receiver Jadon Richard and junior lineman Jack Caruso.

Junior Kemsley Marsters is the First Team placekicker selection.

Ponies on the First Team Defense in addition to Crocker are Scheel on the line, senior Cameron Chase at linebacker, and Richard as a corner.

McSorley is a Second Team choice on the defensive line.
