Inaugural Schoodic Lake Polar Dip benefits Brownville Days

DIP IN SCHOODIC LAKE – The ice was barely out of Schoodic Lake on Sunday when the Brownville Days Committee sponsored the first Schoodic Lake Polar Dip to benefit events set for July 22-24. Over $2,500 was raised for the festivities that include a barbecue, bands, magic show, craft fair, and much more. Pictured is Beth Ellison, who raised $1,000 herself.
