Free cat spaying/neutering clinic

DEXTER – A free Valentine’s Day spaying/neutering clinic will be held Feb. 10, 11, and 12.  Sponsored by Spirits Place Cat Shelter in St. Albans, the clinic will be held at the Abbott Memorial Library in Dexter.
